About the Role

Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team as a Personal Assistant. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities while supporting leadership in their mission to guide our company with strong values and true protection principles.

As a Personal Assistant to our executive team, you'll be an integral part of our leadership support structure, helping ensure that our executives can focus on strategic initiatives and company growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for executives
  • Arrange travel itineraries and handle logistics for business trips
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Screen calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters
  • Coordinate board meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Handle personal tasks and errands for executives as needed
  • Maintain filing systems and organize important documents
  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external contacts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
  • 3+ years of executive assistant or personal assistant experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation
