About the Role

Join our team as a Data Entry Clerk and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our customer information systems. This detail-oriented role is essential to our operations, ensuring that customer data, policy information, and claims records are processed accurately and efficiently to support our commitment to true protection.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining critical data that supports our entire operation. Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update client and campaign data into internal CRM and tracking systems
  • Support content scheduling by entering captions, media files, and post dates into publishing tools
  • Record and organize digital marketing metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, engagement rates)
  • Maintain and clean email subscriber lists for campaign readiness and compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all entered data across multiple platforms
  • Tag, name, and categorize digital assets (images, videos, documents) in content libraries
  • Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports using provided templates
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to align data with campaign goals
  • Manage and update client and vendor contact databases regularly
  • Use tools such as Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, and CMS/CRM software for task execution

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry experience preferred
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (45+ WPM with 98% accuracy)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database software
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
