At VisionGrid Media, we are committed to building strong, transparent partnerships and delivering high-quality digital marketing services. Our fees are based on the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your project's success. As our services involve strategic and creative labor, our policy on refunds is as follows.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments made to VisionGrid Media for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: fees for project setup, strategic planning, market research, content creation, ad campaign setup and management, SEO audits, technical work, and any other services where our team's time and expertise have been utilized. Once a payment is made, it is considered a final payment for the labor and expertise invested.
  • Third-Party Costs: All funds used for direct advertising spend on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc., are paid directly to those platforms. These costs are non-refundable by VisionGrid Media. Any potential refunds from these platforms are strictly governed by their respective terms and conditions. Similarly, costs for third-party tools, software subscriptions, or stock media licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of Services: If you choose to cancel a service agreement, you must provide a 30-day written notice as per our Terms and Conditions. You will be billed for all work performed and services rendered up to the final day of this notice period. No refunds will be issued for payments made for that final service period.
  • Client Inactivity: We rely on your timely feedback and cooperation to deliver our services. If a project is paused or delayed due to client inactivity for a period of 60 days or more, VisionGrid Media reserves the right to close the project, and any payments made will be forfeited.
  • Service Credits: In the rare and exceptional circumstance of a demonstrable error on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit for future work to be applied to your account. The issuance of a service credit does not constitute an admission of liability and is not a refund.
