Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and application support to users
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Maintain network infrastructure and security
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Document processes and maintain IT inventory
• Support remote work technology needs
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of technical support experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network administration
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred

• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
