Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Create content for website, social media, and print materials
• Coordinate events and community outreach programs
• Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
• Manage social media accounts and online presence
• Collaborate with sales team on marketing materials and campaigns
• Assist with brand management and consistency across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
