About the Role

Drive our sales success as an Appointment Setter and Lead Qualifier. Connect with potential customers, qualify their insurance needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role combines relationship building with sales support, contributing to our mission of providing true protection to more families and businesses.

As an Appointment Setter and Lead Qualifier, you'll be instrumental in growing our customer base by identifying qualified prospects and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure every appointment is well-qualified and positioned for success, helping us extend our strong roots to new communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
  • Qualify leads based on insurance needs and budget criteria
  • Schedule appointments for insurance agents and sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and gather additional information
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead qualification process
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment setting targets
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of insurance products preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management systems
  • Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets
