Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
• Provide policy information and coverage explanations
• Document customer interactions in CRM system
• Transfer complex issues to appropriate specialists
• Support new customer onboarding processes
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional phone manner and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn insurance products and procedures
